The following terms and conditions apply:
Delivery is made within Germany and - with the exception of the mattress - to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
No delivery is made to the following foreign islands: Azores, Cabrera, Ceuta, El Hierro, Faroe Islands, Formentera, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Greenland, Ibiza, Corsica, La Gomera, Lanzarote, La Palma, Madeira, Majorca, Melilla, Minorca, Tenerife.
Orders to Switzerland can only be placed via our Swiss Shop.

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product value):

Gross product value from 80,00 € = 8,90 €

We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries:

Currently, we can only ship our natural latex mattress within Germany. The shipping costs are included in the purchase price.
Gift vouchers are sent exclusively by e-mail. Therefore, we do not charge any shipping costs for gift vouchers.
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery shall be made within 1-3 days (Germany), for deliveries abroad within 3-6 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

After shipping, you will receive an e-mail from the respective parcel service with your package number for tracking purposes.
