    Voucher conditions

    GENERAL CONDITIONS

    Vouchers and discounts cannot be redeemed for shipping costs and gift vouchers.
    It is not possible to credit vouchers and discounts retrospectively or to send free articles retrospectively.
    Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
    The entitlement to free articles lapses in the event of cancellation or return of the order. In the event of a return, the customer must also return the free product received in order to be entitled to a full refund.  

    In addition, any commercial and industrial resale of vouchers is prohibited.

    INDIVIDUAL CONDITIONS

    Please note that individual conditions apply to each voucher. You can find these in the voucher conditions directly on the voucher. These can be the following restrictions or types of vouchers:

    • Validity of a voucher
    • Restrictions on certain article groups or assortments
    • Combinability of the voucher with other vouchers or campaigns
      CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE VOUCHERS 

      For the purchase of vouchers our general terms and conditions (see below) and data protection regulations apply. In addition, the following voucher conditions apply:

      1. Subject

      ROOM IN A BOX vouchers may be redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions as part of purchases made on the en.roominabox.com site.
      The voucher will be sent to you in the form of an e-mail upon receipt of payment.
      You may give the voucher to a third party. In this case, you undertake not to use the voucher code again or to disclose it to third parties.

      2. Redeeming the voucher

      The voucher can be used for the purchase of the products distributed via www.roominabox.de. The value of the voucher will be deducted from the invoice amount. A cash payment is excluded.

      3. Remaining balance

      If the value of the voucher exceeds the invoice amount, any remaining credit will be retained and can be used by entering the voucher code again.
      A cash payment of the (remaining) value of the voucher is excluded.

      4. Period of validity

      Vouchers must be redeemed at the latest by the end of the third year after the voucher code has been transmitted; after that time they lose their validity.

      5. Liability

      You undertake to keep the voucher code secret and to communicate it only to the person you wish to give the voucher to. ROOM IN A BOX is not liable for the loss, theft or misuse or the delayed transmission (e.g. due to technical difficulties) of the voucher code.
